Rev. Joe Propri:

An elder of Covenant Bible Fellowship, where he pastored for 25 years, Joe is the founder and director of the Biblical Counseling Institute, He has been NANC certified since 1980, and has developed numerous seminars on various topics of personal, familial, and marital concerns, as well as courses on counseling training for Prison and Jail Workers, and a two year course of training for Elders. He has had articles on counseling published in the Journal of Pastoral Practice, and is the author of The Peace & Joy Principle.

Joe hosts the "Transforming Lives" radio program on 1220AM each Sunday from 7:30-8:30pm. 

He frequently speaks at retreats and conferences. He and Debbie, have been married since 1969, have four children and four grandchildren.
