Welcome to the Biblical Counseling Institute. We are privileged to provide resources for equipping Christian believers to solve life’s problems to glorify God. We believe the Scriptures are sufficient in giving us all we need to live in a godly way (2 Peter 1:3; 2 Timothy 3:16-17). There is hope and practical help for non-organic problems in the Bible. We not only provide courses that enable believers to counsel themselves, but equip them to disciple and counsel others. Our training may also lead to a certification in Biblical Counseling, recognized internationally. We are a Certified Training Center for both the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (NANC) and the International Association of Biblical Counselors (IABC).
We also provide oversight and resources to churches and organizations which enable them to become Satellite Training Centers of BCI. This equips them to offer certified Biblical Counseling training at their location.
BCI is unique among most other counseling training centers in that we are willing to bring the training to you through our teaching staff. Courses, seminars, lectures and consultations are all available. See our speakers bureau for more information. Plus you can train at your own pace through our electronic media resources!
Check out our annual conference, the first Saturday of May each year. Held in Northeast Ohio, it offers ongoing training for counselors, as well as informative workshops for those beginning to show an interest in serving others who have problems.
